Before I proceed to review specific paid to post companies, I thought it would be a good idea to list some general requirements most of them have for posters. (See more about what paid posting is here.)

While earning money online as a paid forum poster is not difficult, there are certain skills that you need. First of all, and quite obviously, you must be able to write well in English. Paid posting requires knowing proper grammar and spelling. You need to remember that every sentence starts with a capital letter, “I” is always capitalized, and other basics that used to be a given but are often neglected today. Comma is always followed by a space and never preceded by it. “You,” “your,” “to,” and “for” are always spelled out, no shorthand. All that will be looked at when you submit your sample posts as you apply to be a paid poster.

In addition, you also need to know forum ethics and be able to make valuable contributions to discussions. Forum owners are not interested in short and meaningless posts like, “I agree, I think so as well.” There is usually a word count minimum, and you might need to do some minor research to make sure your posts have substance.
